The Harpenden Children's Concert Band is our junior group aimed at young musicians starting out on their journey and playing in a group for the first time. HCCB is open to any young musician from beginners up to approximately grade 2 standard.
HCCB rehearses from 11.15-12.15 on Saturday mornings and works on a wide range of repertoire from film and pop music to folk songs and original wind band music. This term's music includes: "Imperium" by Micahel Sweeney, "Caribbean Folk Songs", "Christmas Time is Here (from a Charlie Brown Christmas)" and some more traditional Christmas carols.
